The divisions that separate us ⸺divisions that foster injustice and leave us worse off than we care to be⸺were constructed. Everything constructed can be deconstructed. Together, we can deconstruct these divisions. We can repair harm. We can acknowledge the wrongs that have been committed. On this foundation, we can realize the dream we have of progress.

We want more people to join in on the effort of creating a more equitable, inclusive, and just world than we found it. This journal is designed to be used for six months. Six months of focused energy on three dimensions of progress - personal, interpersonal, and institutional transformation.

Big breakthroughs are the result of many small breakthroughs that add up. Good people can accomplish a few good things. Ordinary people can accomplish extraordinary things when they focus.
