“The Development Model” Toolkit

People are not problems to be solved. As such, it’s virtually impossible to fix people from the outside in. It is far more effective to ask people to go inward, look at goals, identify whether their actions are moving them closer to their goals in the desired time or if their actions are working against their goals.
Designed as a shared discussion tool, this toolkit is for the coach or leader but has worksheets to guide discussions between the coach and coachee or manager and associate. It can be used anytime to drive self-accountability, increase happiness, encourage engagement, etc.
