What is the process for payments?

We accept all forms of payment, including checks. A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. If you cannot pay upfront, we offer payment plans. The payments will be divided into one payment per month until our work is complete.

Do you offer any services at a community rate?

Yes, we host special events from time to time. Please check out our Events Page here.

How do I set up my LPVT account?

What is the client in-take process?

What if I don’t see a service offered, may I make a request to work with Lively Paradox?

Yes, of course! Please fill out our Booking form, or send your special request to info@livelyparardox.com outlining your needs and we’ll go from there.

What methods or proven models do you use?

All methods and models have been designed in house and the information is property of Lively Paradox. If a model and/or method is not exclusive to Lively Paradox, the source is always provided for further study.

If the session is on Zoom, can we receive a recording of the training?

Yes, our team can provide you with a sharable link upon request. Please note that the link will expire 30 days from the time it was sent. Permanent videos can be purchased upon request.

Can we add on services after we sign a proposal?

Absolutely! If you decide to add on an additional service, please send an inquiry to: info@livelyparadox.com and we’ll take it from there.

Training Session & Workshop Questions

 

How long are the executive coaching sessions?

Sessions are approximately 60 minutes each.

What are the prerequisites for participating in coaching sessions?

All participants must complete the Myers Brigg Assessment. This assessment information will be provided at the time of scheduling.

What are the titles of the three diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) sessions?

  • Session 1: Personal Dimension (Diversity and Inclusion Basics)
  • Session 2: Interpersonal Dimension (Cultural Responsiveness & Discrimination)
  • Session 3: Institutional Dimension (Race and Equity)

How long are the three DEI sessions?

The sessions are divided into half days. We typically allocate 3.5 hours for each session. The sessions are completed once a month for three consecutive months.

Are we required to complete all three DEI sessions to participate?

It depends—if you’re interested in Race and Equity, then yes, all participants must complete all three sessions.

How long is the High-Performance Workshop?

The High-Performance Workshop is an 8-hour workshop that spans 2 days. We recommend that this workshop be completed back-to-back.

What are the prerequisites for participating in the High-Performance Workshop?

All participants must complete the Myers Brigg Assessment as a prerequisite which will be provided at the time of scheduling. Please send an excel spreadsheet to: info@livelypardox.com with each participant’s first name, last name and email address.

 

What are the prerequisites for participating in the DEI sessions?

We require each participant to complete pre-work before the start of each session. Pre-work will be provided at the time of scheduling.

How many people can participate in the High-Performance Workshop?

Up to 15 participants can join the workshop. We recommend that this workshop include c-suite leaders, upper management, etc.

Who and how many people can participate in the DEI sessions?

Due to the limitations of our virtual platform, up to 500 participants can participate in DEI sessions at one time. We encourage all staff members to join the training.

I have team members overseas that I want to participate in a service/workshop; are we able to accommodate them?

In most cases, yes. The time difference plays a factor in the final decision to this question, but we are willing to accommodate your request.

Do I have to schedule the High-Performance Workshop back to back?

Not necessarily, the High-Performance Workshop can be spaced out depending on your needs. However, it is highly recommended that this workshop be completed back-to-back.

What is a typical schedule for a High-Performance Workshop and training session combined?

Can I schedule all three sessions in one month?

Due to each session's prework, intensive learning, and post workshop reflection, sessions must be completed once a month for three consecutive months.
