Neuroscientists tell us that 98% of people can be empathetic. Yet, one of the most prevalent contributing factors of pervasive inequities in the United States is the unwillingness to recognize the humanity of others. The pivot to Radical Empathy is critical to dismantling the racial inequities that have persistently plagued us.
