Payment Terms *

This signed contract guarantees the date of the event. Buyer shall deliver to Seller a non-refundable deposit, applicable towards the Purchase Price, in the amount of 50% of purchase price within days 14 days of mutual acceptance of this Agreement. The remaining fee will be due upon final presentation delivery. Please remit payment to the address above. Terms net 30 to avoid 10% late fee. Cancellation Policy *

In the rare event that the speaker is unable to deliver the program for any reason beyond their control, the client agrees to reschedule or cancel at their discretion. In the rare instance that Nicole Price Consulting cancels this event, any down payment and any other payments made (if any) will be refunded in full. All responsible efforts, however, would be made to meet your needs. If the client cancels prior to 45 days before the event, any deposited funds would be returned. If the client cancels or moves the event within 30 days of the scheduled date, ½ of the speaker fee is still due Nicole Price Consulting.

Content Ownership *

Nicole Price Consulting reserves the right to all content and materials provided to the client for the event. Videotaping is permitted but the client must provide a copy of the video content to Nicole Price Consulting after presentation delivery. Any further use of Nicole Price Consulting content or materials must be explicitly approved in writing in advance of any use by Nicole Price Consulting.

Confidentiality *

The Parties acknowledge that the existence and the terms of this Agreement and any oral or written information exchanged between the Parties in connection with the preparation and performance this Agreement are regarded as confidential information. Each Party shall maintain confidentiality of all such confidential information, and without obtaining the written consent of the other Party, it shall not disclose any relevant confidential information to any third parties.
